Unversity of Warsaw Choir is one of the oldest student choirs in Poland. For over nine decades it has gained prestige and appraisal not only in Poland, but also in most European countries. It is where the careers of Jan Kiepura and Jadwiga Rappé started.
The Choir groups amateur singers from University of Warsaw and from other Warsaw academies. Repertoire ranges from renaissance to contemporary works. Apart from wide variety of a cappella music we also perform greater musical forms often accompanied by renowned musicians.
However, for its members choir is not only an opportunity to improve their cultural education, but to make contacts with people from all over the world, and generally have fun.
